THE FUNCTION ROOM IS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR WITH SOME *EXCEPTIONS DURING THE SUMMER SEASON. WE USUALLY ALLOW APPROXIMATLEY TWO HOURS FOR A LUNCHEON, THREE HOURS FOR A DINNER AND WE CAN BE FLEXIBLE FOR SHOWERS AND OTHER EVENTS. PLEASE DISCUSS YOUR PREFERENCE WITH THE MANAGER.

MINIMUM CHARGE:
THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE FOR A FUNCTION. THE MINIMUM AMOUNT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE/TIME OF FUNCTION. THE MINIMUM AMOUNT INCLUDES FOOD/ BEVERAGE AND EXCLUDES TAX AND GRATUITY. IF THE MINIMUM IS NOT MET THE DIFFERENCE IS BILLED AS A ROOM CHARGE AND THE GRATUITY/SERVICE FEE WILL BE BASED ON THE MINIMUM AMOUNT. THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS ARE BASED ON OUR FUNCTION MENU REQUIREMENT OF A 20 PERSON MINIMUM;

Functions before Noon ---- Minimum is $225.

Functions between Noon and 3:00 p.m. ---- Minimum is $325.

Functions after 3:00 p.m. ---- Minimum is $500.

Functions after 6:00 p.m. ---- Minimum is $600.

We thought it would be helpful to publish our reservation guidelines so you may plan to enjoy yourself at Captain Fishbones with your friends, family or business associates. We will always do our best to accommodate your reservation. We accept reservations on a regular basis for up to 20 guests and more than 20 guests is usually considered a function. Our reservations guidelines differ during the summer months;
We accommodate reservations for anytime for parties up to 20 guests. Usually, a reservation for more than 20 guests is considered a function. We can be flexible with this guideline from Labor Day until Memorial Day.
* A Reservation for up to 10 guests can be considered at any time

* A Reservation for up to 20 guests who want to be seated togetherCan be taken at the certain times of the day;

Breakfast between, 8:00 till 9:30

Lunch between, 11:30 till 12:15

Dinner between, 4:00 till 6:00

*Reservations for up to 20 guests who are not concerned with sitting together can be taken at anytime as a split reservation(s) of 10 or less.

We will always do our best to accommodate the time of split reservations but we cannot guarantee that a split reservation will be seated at the same time.
